The pool setup made it hard to relax. Spa guests couldn't freely use the pool, yet our package meal was served there, so we had to go back and forth between areas. That needs clearer communication or better planning if guests are expected to spend the day at the venue. Our food was another problem: the meat on the platter was off. Management responded quickly and offered us a complimentary meal, which we appreciated. The massages were okay, nothing special. One friend arrived late and got a shorter treatment, which we understood. There was also confusion around our booking and appointment time. Kentse made the booking, but the spa switched communication to someone else without checking or confirming the change. It caused delays and misunderstandings. I arrived right on time at 14:30, but we were first told to wait and then rushed. We had to ask before getting the welcome drinks that were included in the package. The setting is beautiful, but the service, communication and guest experience need a lot of work.

The staff at TshiBerry Hotel were lovely, and our room was clean and well kept. Our stay was affected by a Sweet 16 event, though, with guests shouting late into the night. The evening Wi-Fi also stopped working, which they said was because the network was overloaded. Breakfast was pretty basic for a 5-star hotel.

I've stayed here more than five times, and the service and staff are what keep bringing me back. They always serve you gracefully and really try to do their best. Thank you, Lulama and Marry. Marry cleaned our room so spotless. This is the best place I've stayed in.

I went to a wedding at a gravel venue, so my car got dirty. By the time I checked out the next morning, it was sparkling clean. I really appreciated that, along with so many other things I'd like to praise that I could go on forever. Just amazed. Top-notch!

Everyone at the lodge was welcoming, from reception onwards, and the service was good. Tshiberry feels like a little haven, and I'd happily go back. Special thanks to Lulama, Tshiamo, Keabetswe, Dakalo and Nthabiseng. See you guys in 2026.
