We were planning a motorcycle road trip and found St. Lucia Palms after hours of searching online. It suited us perfectly. The owner got back to us quickly and answered all our questions, unlike a few other places we’d contacted. At check-in, the friendly lady had everything ready and we went straight to our unit. It was cozy but spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and in Mackenzie street, within walking distance of the town’s attractions. The units are serviced, and the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The property caters for different group sizes and felt safe, with 24-hour security patrols. There were plenty of blue monkeys jumping around for our entertainment, but they never became a bother. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and will check in with St. Lucia palms on our next visits. Thanks for making the stay memorable. Lotsa love, Bruce and Tash.

The apartment was cramped and didn’t look much like the photos. We had to ask for hand towels, and there was no soap, shower gel or shampoo. The shower door was broken, the place wasn’t well maintained, and the Wi-Fi was weak or unavailable at times. When we raised this with the agent, she ignored our message. I’d recommend finding somewhere else.

The pool was very nice, and the people were friendly. Our unit, number 10, was quite dated, and the bathroom wasn’t nice. The place generally needs maintenance. It was just OK.

The place was tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. We felt claustrophobic, and there were tiny cockroaches all over. There was no sanitizer in the unit during the pandemic. We left straight away instead of staying our full booking and found a nicer place just up the road. We definitely wouldn’t return or recommend it.

It was a fantastic experience overall. The staff were very friendly, the host was great, and the price was reasonable. The walls may be a bit thin, since we could easily hear the guest next door’s television.
