The room we got was the largest suite, but it was still disappointing, with broken fixtures, damaged cupboards, no place to hang clothes, old party balloons lying around, and no TV or Netflix signal. Rain came inside, there were no anti-slip mats, and we were left waiting outside in the rain when we arrived. Inside, water was dripping in the garage and the walls were stained. The receptionist was alone and told us she had the flu. We said we were leaving and cancelling because of the puddles, slipping risk, lack of TV and hanging space, and possible health hazards. She wouldn't open the garage door when we asked repeatedly so we could find somewhere else to stay, and insisted I speak to her boss on her phone. Eventually she opened it and we left. We haven't received a refund, and I wouldn't recommend this place. The boss emailed me, but argued instead of acknowledging any of the problems. Not worth even one star.

I'm here right now, and this is the worst experience ever. The owner called and was so rude. On my birthday, he told us to go to sleep at 10pm. We paid for the jacuzzi, but can't use it. He said if we went near the pool or jacuzzi, he'd call the police to remove us, even though we're here with our baby. He's threatening us. This place is a scam, nobody should come here. Stay at your own risk.

I've been trying to get help from these people, and the service has been awful. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me several times. I bought weekend accommodation through Hyperli two months ago, but whenever I try to book, they say it's fully booked. As soon as I mention redeeming my Hyperli voucher, they say the one room set aside for Hyperli is always full. My voucher is nearly expired, so that money's going down the drain. These people are scammers.

The place looked just as perfect in person as it did in the online pictures, and everything was spotless. The rooms, location and service were all 100%. Nonhlanhla helped us and really knows what she's doing. There's a pool, jacuzzi, kids' play area, basketball area and lots of lovely spots for photos 🥰. They also have a movie area and offer body massage spa treatments, so come ready for that. I had a great time, and I'm coming back with a colleague and family next visit. Thank you!
