The guest relation staff were adorable and helpful, and the service was great. The room was a perfect size, clean and organized. Load shedding was the one inconvenience, since I couldn't make tea or coffee while I was there. The location is okay if you have a car. I wasn't driving, and found it difficult to go out at night because the neighborhood was very dark to walk around. It was also very noisy, with people in other apartments being loud day and night.

The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. We found the neighbourhood pleasant and safe, with restaurants we could reach by car. There’s a gated entrance and plenty of parking in the courtyard. Our room was bright, clean, and roomy, especially the bathroom. We also enjoyed the gym. A nice base for exploring Johannesburg.

The power was out for 4.5 hours, and there were no torches or hairdryer. Noise was a constant problem because the apartments are so close together. We could hear music, shouting, swearing, and fighting, and when I asked the other guests to quiet down, they swore at me. Staff did nothing. The front desk woman was chewing gum and had a major f-u attitude. A sandwich from the Cafe restaurant took 45 minutes and was edible. Absolutely horrible experience.

Weekends got loud, and there was no special treatment to be had. Still, I was comfortable here during a few weeks of work. Daily cleaning was done well, and the kitchen had enough to handle simple meals. Overall, a good stay.
