Breakfast was a problem too, I found hair in my food. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had to spend the first night in a different room and move back the next day. Then the coffee machine stayed broken for three days, and after that the toaster broke. There was screaming next door, and someone knocked asking for "room service" 40 minutes after the kitchen had closed. I won't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Mmapule at reception went out of her way to make sure I was happy during my weekend away. The weather let us down, but I had a really great stay thanks to the service.

I hadn't even heard of this place before visiting, so the whole venue took me by surprise. It's huge, really clean, and everything looks well cared for. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean, and the prices are so affordable that I'm half tempted to cancel my lease and move in full-time, lol. I'd happily recommend it for an afternoon, a night, a weekend, or even a month.

The bathrooms are neat and very clean, and the rooms have nice views. The TV and air-conditioning both worked fine, and customer service responded quickly. There’s only one pool, and it’s quite small; the other side of the building has none, so I think management should add more. No wife.

The quiet here was wonderful. I loved how private the rooms felt, with balconies overlooking the garden and pool. The rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms spotless and stylish, and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was generous and so well made I wanted to hug the chef.
