We didn’t get into the apartment until around 4:30, even though check-in was listed as 2, and the cleaning lady was still working when we arrived. The service was absolutely horrible. They said the unit was solar powered, but there was no power at all during load shedding. The host’s WhatsApp doesn’t allow calls, so we had to wait until they chose to respond. It makes no sense not to have a direct way to contact your host when something goes wrong in the apartment.

Mafadi Property’s call themselves property managers, but their service was unprofessional and immature. There was no communication with management. The worst place to stay. Don’t stay here!
