I had a positive stay and enjoyed my time at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Security is quite strict, with several checkpoints that can take a bit of time, but overall the experience was very good.

It felt like I'd stepped into another world. Definitely the crème de la crème of hotels.

The porters gave excellent service, and every part of my experience was wonderful. I honestly can't complain. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have cold still and sparkling water in the fridge, plus coffee, tea, and sugar, to help with the jet lag before heading out to experience city life.

Old-fashioned but glamorous rooms give The Michelangelo Towers a lot of charm, and the service made for a comfortable, memorable stay. Its location is safe and convenient, close to top shopping malls and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Getting a problem sorted here was useless. I lost time and money, and my deposit too.
