9 On Kromellenboog Guesthouse

I was already running late, so I asked if I could take breakfast with me. The answer was basically that they don't do takeaway breakfast, with no attempt to find a solution. She even laughed a little at me. I ended up taking a banana and yogurt, neither of which I eat, just so I wouldn't lose the breakfast portion of what I'd paid. I left feeling pretty small.

The warm, hearty breakfasts were served on time and with care, and the rooms were very well appointed. I was in Sasolburg for my first national martial arts event and felt hesitant at first, but the place is professionally run and has plenty of security that gave me peace of mind. I'd gladly support this business again.

There was an ironing board and a safe in the room, along with a nice bathroom that had a bath and both indoor and outdoor showers. The room also had a minibar, charged separately, and fresh milk for coffee was provided free.

The place was stunning and peaceful, and everything was so clean and neat. The staff were both friendly and capable, and the bathrooms were honestly the most beautiful. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I loved it and hope to return soon.
