The people at Cloud 9 made us feel at home, welcoming us warmly and taking care of requests with a smile. They also helped with local recommendations. The villa itself was stunning, with gorgeous views and thoughtfully designed interiors that felt both comfortable and luxurious. Everything was arranged with care, and the atmosphere was peaceful and indulgent. Cloud 9 Villa really delivered on both the setting and the service. I'd highly recommend it for a paradise escape.

The Cloud Nine team gave us warm, friendly service and helped make wonderful memories. This was our second visit to the mansion, and it won't be our last. Twenty of us fit comfortably. The villa was super clean, with a wheelchair-accessible first floor, breathtaking views, a big garden full of interesting plants, and a tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped, and professional, skilled chefs prepared delicious feasts. Thank you, team!

Anthony, Antony and the team were fabulous hosts and made the stay restful and relaxing. They even helped arrange quad biking and a luxury catamaran trip in Knysna. The house was spectacular, spotless and architecturally distinctive, with views we could stare at for hours. The kids loved the pool and tennis court, while we all enjoyed the cosy fireplaces and evening games. Thanks so much, we're sure to return.

We were 11 friends celebrating a special occasion at Cloud9, and Chef Anthony, Ant and the rest of the team took such good care of us. The food was incredible, the views and venue felt magical, and the service was top-notch. It made the occasion truly memorable, and I'd love to come back.

All four generations had a wonderful time here. There's lots of space, and the house works really well for children of every age. The staff were so friendly and seemed to understand what we wanted straight away. The house is in a breathtaking location, beautifully designed and well maintained, with five-star service.
