Kwantu Private Game Reserve

A beautiful property, luxurious and a lovely place to watch the sunset. For safari, they have 6000 acres of land, and the animals are wild. The staff were so helpful, the food was amazing, and the owner personally met us and showed great hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Ali G made our game drive memorable. He was entertaining, knew a lot, and was great at finding the animals. We saw plenty up close. The place has a really nice vibe, is very tidy, and has thoughtful details. The fires they keep going add a nice touch and smell good. Food was tasty and varied. Can recommend!

The drive was beautiful, with breathtaking moments, and we learned so much. Staff were kind and professional, and the setting, nature, and wildlife were stunning. I was impressed by how carefully they handled my vegetarian meals, keeping any meat separate from the veg. Everything I ate was absolutely mouthwatering. A wonderful experience.

We had the rare pleasure of seeing a lioness and a tigress cuddling together under a tree, a bond that felt like love knows no bounds. That moment is imprinted in my mind and heart. Our ranger knew so much about the animals and the lodge’s history. The lodge is a beautiful, serene escape from the city, with clean air and fresh greenery throughout the well-kept gardens. There’s a huge lounge with lots of comfortable seats and bookshelves, and soft South African traditional music in the background. The interiors capture nature with neutral colors and varied textures, plus a lovely dining area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the place feels calm and peaceful.
