5 Seasons Guesthouse

I would not recommend this place. In 30 years of travelling around the world, I’ve never had a check-in like this. When I knocked at my room, a staff member came out and said she was still using the room to give a massage to someone who wasn’t a guest. I was told to wait 20 minutes, but after 30 it still wasn’t ready. I’d emailed several times at different addresses to confirm when I’d arrive, though some messages bounced back, and my Instagram message got no reply either. Once the massage finished, she said there was nothing she could do and it was out of her hands. While I was waiting, I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was told, “password is in the room.” The messages with the so-called manager were no help, and for three days I kept hearing promises. The owner was supposedly concerned and said they’d come down right away, but nobody showed up, even after I was asked to wait in the lobby. If you want a shock to your holiday, along with constant lies and false promises, book here. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere that treats guests with respect. The hotel itself wasn’t anything special either.
