The location is very convenient, and I liked getting breakfast vouchers that let us try two different small local restaurants. The bed was clean and comfortable, which mattered most to me, and reception was friendly. My room faced the road, with the bathroom window looking onto the alley beside the building, so it was extremely noisy at night and early in the morning. Parking is either on the street or two blocks away behind a locked gate. The shower was great on the first morning, but only lukewarm the next day. For the price, especially with our 15% discount, it was decent. If I stayed again, I’d ask for a room at the back.

We had a great stay in clean, modern, comfortable rooms, and breakfast at waffle house was good. The check-in guy was really nice and gave excellent service. Lots of restaurants and cafés are an easy walk away. I’d happily recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Stellenbosch, and I’ll definitely return.

I’m already looking forward to coming back. The Vibe is clean and well equipped, just right for a lock-up-and-go stay. The bed is comfortable, Tessa communicated really well, and having the bagel-and-coffee combo breakfast downstairs was a great extra. Thanks for such a great offering.

I was in town for business and absolutely loved staying at the Vibe. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean and better equipped than I expected. Breakfast from Delicately Different downstairs was included and I really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is beautiful and lively too. I’m looking forward to staying here many more times.

This was awful from booking through check-in and the whole stay. Nobody told me parking costs R108 per day. At check-in they promised off-site parking would be available from Monday, but I never got a space and my car nearly got towed. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t care about guests. The manager, listed as an emergency contact, was never available. The “smart-TV” isn’t very smart, and there are no instructions for using it properly. Staff couldn’t explain the espresso maker either. The cleaners leave the door open, so your luggage is left exposed. The Wi-Fi barely works.
