The pool has an incredible view of the mountains, and the neighborhood is lovely, with great restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic stay at Aan de Oever Guesthouse. The cottage was beautiful, the view spectacular, and the service great. I’d always come back!

They were especially helpful with our kids, even giving us muffins for the drive. That was such a thoughtful touch. We also loved the freshly prepared breakfast, a delicious start to the day. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. A relaxing, family friendly stay that I’d highly recommend.

One night here was perfect. We really liked the pool, and the shops are close by. A little outdoor spot with a sandbox, toys, or playground equipment for our daughter would have made the stay even better.

The garden looks lovely, and there’s a great mountain view from it. The guest house is near a stream, with spacious, pleasant rooms, and you can walk to the Drostdy Museum and a few restaurants, both formal and casual. The fences all around are the one drawback. They get in the way of the views, rather than making the place feel safer.

We only had one night in room 5 and wished we could have stayed longer. I slept like a baby in the king size bed, the linens were the best, and the bedroom was neat and tidy. Even the gardens were lovely in winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and they rinsed our car before we left. We’ll definitely be back.
