I only stayed one night and checked in at 7 in the evening, so I can’t say anything about the food since I don’t eat breakfast. The rooms, though, were clean, tidy, spacious, and very well looked after. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Cleanliness gets 10/10 and the food is 100/10 🩷. Best hotel in town 🎊. Keep up the great work!

I’ve stayed at more than 60 places around the world, and this is the best guesthouse I’ve experienced in nine years. The staff were friendly, the service and location were great, and nothing else I’ve found matches it for the price. You’ll definitely see me again.

It was my first time in Thabazimbi, and I got a warm welcome when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. My room and bathroom were clean and neat, and the included breakfast was really good and professionally served. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

I arrived on Monday and called to check my booking, but the owner, Shane, wasn’t available and his staff didn’t know anything about it. I left him three messages and got no call back. On Wednesday, I received additional staff and ran into the same problem: nobody knew what was going on, and Shane still wasn’t returning messages. In the end, a lady who manages the Pub next door helped me, just as she had on Monday. Sad to see customer service has died. 😢
