The food brought us back to Steenberg. We first came in 2018 as dinner guests, and returned this time because of Chef Lady Kerry Kilpin. We stayed two nights, Dec. 7 to Dec. 9, in a suite, and found the hotel well maintained and good quality. We ate in both the main fine dining restaurant and the Bistro/Wine Tasting, and the food was amazing. Fabio looked after us well at dinner, and my wife also appreciated Emma’s work at the SPA. Thanks again! Yan & D.

Trenton Brooks made the tasting one of the best we’ve ever had. He welcomed us warmly, then took time to learn what we like and suggest wines that suited our palates. As we tasted, he shared interesting stories about each varietal, and his knowledge and enthusiasm really came through. He also paid attention to the details and was happy to answer our questions, which made the evening even more enjoyable.

The photos really don’t do this place justice. It’s much more beautiful in person, and I was struck by the hotel’s elegance and the thoughtful details throughout. Every corner shows refined taste and real attention to detail. It was a wonderful experience, exceeded all my expectations, and is absolutely worth a visit. ✨

We spent four unforgettable days here with our two girls. The vineyards and the quiet surroundings made it a lovely stay, and the hotel itself was outstanding. Service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Nadine was fantastic at the tasting room, and the tastings were delicious. We got great service there, then enjoyed wonderful food and good service at the bistro afterward.
