The house was spotless and smelled fresh, and the place is beautiful. It's great for a family. Everything in the kitchen is name-tagged, so it's easy to find things. There's also a spot on the balcony to relax, enjoy a braai, and look out at the sea.

After two floods, there’s been extensive damage, and some residents have even had their homes washed away. This place feels like a ticking time bomb. It seems likely the developers built on terrain that isn’t suitable for the building’s long-term stability. Add soil erosion and climate change, and it looks like trouble.
