Everything is just on point, and the people are friendly. Almi and her family are so welcoming that I feel at home. I’m having such a great time here and will definitely come back. Sugar beach is amazing for holidays, and I highly recommend it.

Everything was clean and comfortable, though the building itself is a little dated. We stayed in a self catering Airbnb appartment, with good sea views and a double garage that was convenient. It’s close to all amenities, so we did a lot of walking. There’s a tidal pool in front, which makes swimming a lot safer, and lifeguards are on duty. Watch out for the troupes monkeys around there, though. They’ll come in through any open window or door.

I booked through Airbnb and found a truly fantastic host in Almi at Sugar Beach Accommodation. The location is perfect, with a swimming beach and views you can’t beat. The Sandbar is only 50 meters down the road, and you can sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset. Without the beach road, you’d almost be able to touch the sand.

We loved every minute of our stay and the views were gorgeous. The only issue was coming back from Dbn to find the monkeys had made a mess. Take the warning seriously and shut all the doors and windows 😁🐒
