The location gives you lovely views and easy access to local attractions. We found the accommodations stylish, comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations at Buxtende Ballito. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, felt thoughtfully arranged, and it made for a memorable stay.

The kids had a blast exploring the tidal pools just steps away, and they even found an octopus in one of the rock pools. We were also close to local malls, so picking up anything we needed was easy. Being right on the beach was a real treat. We woke to the sound of the waves and ocean views, and saw beautiful sunrises each morning. Watching dolphins swim past was a highlight. The accommodation suited our family well, though there were a lot of steps to climb with luggage, especially on the way back up when we left. The views and experience more than made up for it. We loved our holiday at Buxtehude and can’t wait to return.

A lovely place for a family, right by the beach and near restaurants and shops. The views are beautiful too.

Getting down to the beach is easy enough, but the stairs are a lot. Taking luggage, groceries, or children down all of them without help is a real problem. Cell reception is poor too, and there’s no intercom from the gate to the apartments, which makes visitors frustrating to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend it for older people.
