Jeanette, our host at Burnham House B&B, supported my fiancé through every step of planning the proposal and welcomed us so warmly. Her thoughtful attention and heartfelt hospitality made the moment even more magical. I couldn't have imagined a better place for such a milestone. My fiancé proposed here 💍, and the whole stay was full of love, care, and memories we'll never forget. It truly exceeded all expectations. ♥️

I've stayed at this guesthouse several times on business trips, and the caring, helpful staff always make me feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious, and the location is ideal, just a street away from the best restaurants and the ocean. It's also close to all the highways, so getting to Durban or the airport is easy. I love this place and will keep coming back. I'd recommend it to EVERYONE!

The welcome at Burnham House is what made the stay stick with me. The hospitality felt personal and thoughtful, and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It’s peaceful and calming, with sweeping views over Durban’s coastline. The rooms are huge, private and restful, and the stay felt worth every cent. This BnB really changed what I expect from a guest house. Highly recommended by Rivaz. No sponsorship or paid placement, just an experience that stayed with me.
