Maison - H Guest House

After three days hiking in terrible mountain weather, my son and his two friends had a lovely stay to finish their trip. I booked at the very last minute, and they loved the guest house and the little bit of luxury. The staff went out of their way to make sure they were comfortable, and the stay ended their trip on a high note. They could walk to the beach for a swim, and Umhlanga village, with its lovely promenade along the beach, was only 3 km away, a quick Uber ride. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely room with our own little courtyard, where you can braai, and the beach is only two minutes away. It's a cozy, welcoming hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back. Cute monkeys sometimes come to visit too 😄.

The rooms are lovely, the staff are wonderful, and all the amenities in the area are close by. We've already stayed here five times, and we'll definitely be back. It's a perfect base for spending time in Umhlanga.

The garden and pool were lovely, and the beach was just a short, easy walk away in a really nice neighbourhood. We only had one night here, which felt too short. The rooms were well equipped and thoughtfully set up: one of ours was huge, while the other two were a good size. Breakfast was delicious, and Magda was so friendly and helped us with everything. We'd love to come back and stay longer.
