Khozi, Belinda, and another woman with locks were lovely hosts. I can’t remember her name, but they all helped make our stay enjoyable. We had lots of fun, and the place felt safe. We went out at night, and the beach and stores are nearby. Getting around was easy with the shuttles. Bring an iron or a stove 😂😂, you’ll see why when you get there; they explained the reasons.

We had clean bedding and enough parking, and the kids’ playground was a nice feature. But the service let us down. The assistant was unfriendly, and the owner wouldn’t honor the early check-in we’d confirmed in advance. The shower had gone cold by 8:30 am, and other guests were making loud noise past midnight. While my kids were playing, staff started watering the playground without warning, which concerned me. We’d come after a church event, and the problems made our family stay disappointing. Better service and communication would help.

Umhlanga Tourism at Indaba had told me this place was lovely, but my stay was dreadful. The shower didn’t work, and I used a towel instead of the awful bath mat. The room was dirty, with rusted fittings, and the headboard was too small for the king size bed, which was two single beds together. There was a broken door and chairs in reception. Noise carried from the passage and next room because the door between rooms had a loose latch. I heard everything.

Peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view and a perfect location. The self-catering guesthouse was clean and the service was good. I had a great stay and will definitely come back 👌👍

A welcoming place for families, friends, couples, or solo travelers. The premises are comfortable and family friendly, and the hosts provided excellent service. Shops and beaches are close by 🩶
