Friendly staff and a generous, hearty breakfast. A great spot to unwind after a hot, dusty, busy day.

I loved the beautiful place, its clean rooms, and the well-kept gardens with lovely Orange River views.

6/10
Room 5, the luxury queen with orange accessories, was very spacious, with good-quality linen, mattress, and towels. The bathroom was large, with a bath and shower, plus shampoo and shower gel. There was also a cement table and benches outside under a tin structure. The room had a TV with DSTV, and we could connect to Netflix with our own code. Free Wi-Fi was a great asset. A few things could be better. The shower didn't work well, and only one side of the electric blanket worked. There was just one multiplug by the fridge and no table or workspace in the room. At the back and side of the lodge, the room was dark and cold, with no view. Parking was a bit of a walk away over separate cement blocks, and there was no trolley or help with luggage, which made it a little difficult at night for older people.
