The place is really nice, and the service is good. I loved staying here, especially with that perfect view. The bedroom carpet is the one thing I’d change. Tiles with a loose rug would work better.

The food was the biggest letdown at Riviera Hotel & Chalets. We waited a long time, then got cold, hard potatoes and raw chicken. When I mentioned it as my plate was being cleared, the staff member gave me a smug look and seemed disgusted. That was completely unprofessional. The dessert was only ice cream with a piece of chocolate cake, or possibly a brownie, as shown in the picture. It wasn’t impressive either. I visited on 14 December 2025 and had a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend the place at all. You can honestly cook much better food at home.

The staff were helpful, and it’s a beautiful place. The shower could use a curtain or door, though.

I came by hoping to sit in the hotel restaurant and have a meal with a view. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have a restaurant.

We had a really enjoyable stay. It’s an old timer.
