We felt safe the whole time, and the place is conveniently near town while still feeling like a quiet retreat. In the mornings, a sweet farm cat and the cutest chickens wandered around. There’s also a nice braai area and a spot for a bonfire, great for evenings under the stars. After long days out, it was lovely to return to a room that had already been warmed with the heater. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and was styled with an authentic African feel. Almut, the friendly owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She was flexible and accommodating, and made us feel at home. A cosy winter escape at Ikhamanzi Bed and Breakfast. We can’t wait to come back.

We came away feeling relaxed after a much-needed peaceful stay. Almut was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing, worth every penny. Thanks, Almut. I’ll definitely recommend Ikhamanzi to others.

The facilities at Ikhamanzi B&B are spacious, spotless, and very nicely decorated. There are horses and other livestock on the property if you enjoy farm life. Please keep up the excellent service.

The breakfast was divine, we were so full we couldn’t eat lunch. The rooms were perfect, the place is stunning, and the swimming pool water was very clean. Almut, the owner, worked hard and was so friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for your hospitality. I’ll recommend it to friends, colleagues, and family.

Even in winter, this was a wonderful place to stay, like a home away from home. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable visit, plus a little extra. Elmut was an exceptional host. I’d highly recommend Ikhamanzi Lodge.
