Troas Boutique hotel

After long workdays, all I wanted was to rest, but struggling with the doors was frustrating. The sliding door wouldn’t lock, and I had trouble opening the security door on both nights. In the rain, no guest should have to struggle with a gate without getting help. At reception, a woman sat at a table on her phone while dogs barked. She ignored me when I went to ask for help with the door. I also wanted to check out early and find out where to leave the keys the next morning. The service really wasn’t good. The rooms and gates need to be checked so guests can lock and unlock them without a struggle.

We felt at home straight away. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and carefully designed, and the grounds were beautifully kept with so much attention to detail. Brett welcomed us with real warmth and professionalism. Everyone on staff was friendly, smiling, and ready to help with whatever we needed. The service made our stay feel special. It’s a charming boutique hotel with comfort and great hospitality, and we’ll definitely return.

The room was roomy and comfortable, but neither the aircon nor the heater worked. The toilet seat was wobbly too.

Such a beautiful place, and the staff were friendly. I slept better than I ever have. I’d recommend it to anyone.
