We spent two nights here and had a great time. The room was roomy and very clean, and there’s safe parking. We liked the pool area, especially the exotic birds hanging around. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade granola and omelettes we really enjoyed. Ted made us feel welcome and gave us great suggestions. Good restaurants are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The staff pointed us toward local places to visit and restaurants, and every suggestion worked out wonderfully. Breakfast was fresh each day with plenty of variety. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower. After our long drive from Franschhoek, a warm, welcoming staff member explained the hotel and its lovely features. They somehow learned it was our recent wedding anniversary and treated us specially. We highly recommend the service, facilities and location. It’s a twitcher’s paradise too.

We were on our honeymoon, and the team took such good care of us. They’d decorated the room and left champagne, and the service throughout was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, in a beautiful spot, with the most incredible pool area I’ve ever seen. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Cinnamon boutique hotel was such a lovely stop in Wilderness on the Garden Route. Ntombi and the rest of the staff gave us wonderful, five-star care. After a long drive, that was especially welcome. There are good restaurants close by, plus the beach and scenic walks. The hotel has a gym, self-service bar, and a living room with a massage chair. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.
