We were lucky enough to be there when the owners had friends over for a braai. We had an awesome evening. They're very welcoming and accommodating.

I stayed in the dorms for a week on a solo fishing trip and had a great time. The layout was good, everything was clean, and the facilities were easy to get to. Our hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The shared kitchen is well set up with everything you'd need, including gas for load shedding evenings. It's a great lock-up-and-go kind of holiday place, and I'd highly recommend it.

The self-catering place was spacious and clean, and the woman managing the rental was very friendly at check-in. She showed us around and explained what we needed to know. The only downside was the busy, noisy street. I guess it was all the fishing visitors heading out, and they didn't seem to sleep until at least 7 am. Apart from that, it was very nice.

We slept so well and woke up feeling rested. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, and had all the modern conveniences we needed for the night. The beach is gorgeous and just a stone's throw away. Helen was very helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks, Helen and Owen, and Happy New Year! In this tiny town, everything is close by, and there was plenty of parking. The stay felt very safe and was good value for the money. The twin room's bathroom is quite small, but for the price it was good enough.
