It’s an easy little escape from Lusaka without travelling very far, and not having power cuts is a plus. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the menu has lots of choices, with the kitchen staying open 🤯. But the staff need proper hospitality training, especially in handling guests, paying attention, and answering the phone. A nice room and great food don’t count for much when the service and interactions are poor.

Good value, and the amenities worked. A solid choice for a business stay.

The service was bad. The workers seem to do things on their own schedule, with no urgency at all. If you don’t keep pushing for your meals, they’ll leave you waiting and hungry.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The location is near the main road, and the shopping Mall is within walking distance. The customer service, though, was pretty poor. One receptionist never smiled at anyone, and when we went to the restaurant for supper, we were ignored until we ended up buying food at the Mall. Still, the overall experience was good.
