I found the lodge’s customer service incredibly frustrating. I arrived around 9 a.m. to ask whether a room was available, and the receptionist said there were rooms. But she wouldn’t let me pay or check in because they were still washing the bedding and changing the beds, which she said would take all day. Her manner was very unprofessional, and she didn’t try to help or find another solution. It was one of the most disappointing lodge experiences I’ve had.

Breakfast is complimentary, and the strawberry jam is amazing. The rooms are clean with comfy beds, and the food is great. It’s a peaceful lodge with free Wi-Fi, in a good location less than a kilometre from Mukuba shopping mall.
