I haven’t stayed in their rooms, but I love the gym and pool. Membership is K550 monthly, K280 weekly, or K80 for a day, I think. There’s a shower and locker room, and hot water is always available. People at the gym mind their own business, which I love, especially since I go at 05:00 when I’m not in the mood to chat. The instructors will guide you for free. I’m not sure what they charge for individual sessions, but every Thursday from 16-18 they have a free team bicycle riding session, and it looks so cool. I’m too lazy to join, but I love seeing it, lol. By the way, I don’t work out to gain muscle, I just like to keep fit, and it’s necessary for my lupus.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was also impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. Chamba Valley Exotic Hotel is conveniently located off Munali Road, with secure parking and a swimming pool overlooking the Bar.

I especially liked the spacious, comfortable rooms and the peaceful setting in a less crowded part of Lusaka. The swimming pool is open to everyone, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Chamba Exotic Hotel.

Honestly, Chamba Valley was better than mika kabulonga. I’d go back for a holiday this time.

I only made it to the pool area and had a drink. Parking is limited, and the exit gate is often closed.
