The security made me feel safe, and reception were friendly and efficient. I stayed in a dorm room and had a genuinely smooth stay. It was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet for a backpacker setup. As a budget option in Lusaka, it has what you need for a simple, reliable stopover. I'd stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

The location compares well with many other places, but the rooms need refurbishing. Even replacing the bedding would help.

The atmosphere was okay, but the room itself was in a terrible state. The towels and sheets were dirty, and the room was dusty with stained tiles. It really needs work.

For a cheap night in central Lusaka, it did the job. The WiFi was strong, the bedding was clean, hot water was available in the shared shower, and the electricity stayed on. It badly needs an upgrade, though. Fine for a more rugged backpacker if you expect no frills.
