The staff are kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the restaurant and bar on the ninth floor are very nice with reasonable prices, including an $18 steak. One mall is next door and another is a five-minute walk away. My only little gripe is that the coffee cup handles are too small to hold comfortably. Best hotel in Lusaka.

I liked the atmosphere and the people, and the service was professional. Paying by card felt a bit strange to me. The power cuts were a bigger concern. I know they may not be the hotel's fault, but there's a risk of getting stuck in the elevator, and doors can remain unlocked when the power goes out. If the generator doesn't start, that could leave you in real trouble.

The staff are friendly and well trained, and the service from everyone was great, especially from management. Ruth the Deputy general manager helped us through a difficult situation. I'd highly recommend this place to South Africans staying in Lusaka.

The location makes it easy to reach the airport, shopping malls, and key facilities. The conference room is excellent, with a great view, and the customer service was amazing.
