The rates are very affordable, and the rooms are clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, which made this a really nice place to stay in Ndola. Great value, and I'd recommend it.

The location is good, but management needs to improve the bathing facilities.

It's fine for a night or two, and you can have a few beers. The continental breakfast is basically bread and tea. In room 14, the air-conditioner remote was missing, and the TV had no remote either, so I couldn't turn the volume down. Only the hot water faucet worked.

The food was good, but my stay was horrible overall. The plumbing was bad, the paintwork looked poor, and the bathtub showers weren't very clean. In Room 16, small worms kept appearing in the bathtub.

The staff weren't welcoming. I believe they give police forced information so officers come to check on foreigners. A friend of mine was recently a victim, and the same happened to me in August 2021. They knocked on my room door at 4am. I'll never forget it. I don't think this is a good place for foreigners.
