The rooms are dated, but very clean, with air conditioning and hot water available. Breakfast was okay, and the customer service was first class. Well worth what you pay.

Mr James Lubemba, the manager, was helpful and professional, and the service made me feel like a king. The toilets were clean and the bathrooms were great for a hot bath. It's probably among the cheapest in Ndola, with everything you need for a comfortable rest while in transit. I give it five stars for the service we received, and we'll surely stay again next time we're in Ndola.

I had a really good experience.

The rooms are self-contained and air-conditioned, and the service is good. There's a restaurant where you can order food, and the place is conveniently close to a shopping center and levy stadium. Accommodation was good, though parking wasn't adequate.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, though things seem to be falling apart a bit. I got a small share of T-Bone, and the coffee mugs were cracked. The place could use a little TLC.
