The building is old, but it was clean and everything worked properly, which isn’t always true even in newer, much pricier places. Our ensuite room was large and had a desk, and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure stayed good, with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the value for money is as good as you’ll find anywhere in Bulawayo. We’d definitely stay again.

To me, financial intelligence means paying less for services that would cost more elsewhere. The place is clean enough that you’d never doubt you were walking into a hotel. Thanks to Casper for the warm welcome.

We’d planned to spend one night at Plaza Hotel, but ended up staying three. The accommodation was basic and a bit old, and we felt we were paying a lot for it. Still, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They found all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is good, and the hotel staff are definitely among the best we’ve met in a long time. I’d recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The Plaza has improved, with some noticeable changes, and the services and amenities feel worth the price. The staff are especially friendly. Thanks, guys, for making these improvements.

It’s great to see one of Bulawayo’s oldest hotels still providing good service. There’s hot water, DSTV, and Wi-Fi, which makes it worth the price.
