The customer service was good, but the food was the worst. The chicken and samosas were rotten and smelled bad, and service took a long time.

The backup power wasn't reliable enough. When the electricity was out, they would switch off the generator during the day.

There was no running water or electricity, so guests had to wash with buckets and the room sockets didn't work. What really alarmed us was a half-naked man chasing my friend and me around the property. He seemed either to be on drugs or having a mental health episode. There were lash marks on his back, a little foam at his mouth, and he was acting erratically. Staff saw what happened, then said, “Sorry, that has never happened before.” I'd only suggest staying here if you're traveling and too EXHAUSTED to keep driving.

I waited three hours for food because the service was so slow. There was no water in the bathrooms either.

The food was incredible, and credit goes to the head chef and his team. We were also treated warmly at reception. Before we got there, a kind young man at the printing office next to the saloon helped us find the reception. The women at reception were lovely to talk to and followed through on the promise of good hospitality.
