Cresta Oasis

The rooms need a few small repairs, which I know are already in the plans. Still, Cresta oasis is a great place, and the staff were so friendly. Esther Tinda in housekeeping gave five-star service. Nyasha, Primrose and Good Hope at reception, Tracy, Millycent and Praise in the restaurant, and Reuben, Elia and Chido were all exceptionally warm. Thumbs up to them.

I was welcomed with chilled indigenous Baobab fruit juice when I arrived at Cresta Oasis. Goodhope at reception was especially friendly and helpful at check-in, and kept checking on me throughout my stay. When the in-room safe had a minor issue, it was fixed promptly, and duty manager Paidamoyo kept my valuables in the office safe in the meantime, which put my mind at ease. Maggie from housekeeping was lovely and helpful when I needed a towel for the swimming pool. The pool and its garden grounds were beautiful and well kept. Restaurant service was great, the food delicious, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Highly recommended.

I was staying here for a work event when my perfumes went missing. I reported it to the hotel, but got very little help. I’m deeply disappointed. I expected better service than having my perfumes stolen at a hotel.

I had a lovely stay and really appreciated the friendly, professional staff. Sibongile helped me with my million bags 😄 and her service was flawless. Grace was top notch too, and Sly at the bar gave great service. I’ll definitely come back.
