The rates are good, and the rooms are well maintained. Having nice restaurants on the ground floor makes it easy to grab a quick meal, with a useful choice of options. It’s handy for busy travellers who want somewhere easy to find and don’t mind road traffic noise. That noise can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

It’s easy to walk into the CBD from this very convenient location. The rooms are clean and lovely, the Wi-Fi is good, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

There are plenty of food options nearby, and the town centre is close, so it’s a great place to stay. The vehicle noise bothered me, though. They’re already working on it, and the owner said the whole property should be soundproofed within the next few months.

N1 Hotel Rotten Row was good value for a budget stay in Harare. It’s conveniently located near the city centre and easy to get to. My room was clean and well maintained, with all the basics I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the service was professional. I’d recommend it for business trips or a short vacation.
