The Hawks Bed and Breakfast

We stopped by when dropping off a friend, and the value for money stood out. For somewhere near town, the price is surprisingly low. The room is fully self-contained, with a bathtub, toilet, and heated water, so you get privacy. There's also a screen with free view, which is handy if you like TV. Parking outside is ample, security is present, and you can come back whenever you want. There's no refrigerator, though, so if you want to keep fruit or drinks cold, you'll need to trust the caretakers to look after them. Rooms have a fan but no AC, so hot days can be uncomfortable. You get a place to stay without paying the nightly prices of many hotels around town. If you only need somewhere to come back and rest, it's a good bargain. If you're after extra luxury, more space, air conditioning, or refrigeration, it may not suit you.

I spent 14 days at Hawks BB and was very happy with the rooms, service, and location. Mrs Phiri and Grippa made me feel welcome with their hospitality, patience, and care. I'd recommend Hawks BB to other guests planning to visit Harare Zimbabwe.

Affordable and feels like home away from home. The garden is lush, and the WiFi is superb!

For the price, it's a nice place to unwind for a short break, with a pleasant feel and view.
