There’s a wide choice of good quality food, and the rooms are nicely decorated. The staff provide good service, too. It’s a convenient option for business in the CBD, right along the main highway. If you’re looking to be surrounded by nature, though, it isn’t the best fit. That was my one downside; otherwise, I thought the place was perfect.

I enjoy staying at N1 whenever I book. It’s a good budget hotel for business trips or family stays, and reception is always helpful.

The owners’ family tragedy may matter to them, but hearing the story at check-in in a public hotel felt much too sad and out of place. It left the whole place with a rather morbid mood. Even so, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, the service, and the facilities.

The service was great, and the hotel assistants were always ready to help guests. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with classy, modern furniture and furnishings. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in Harare.

We spent two nights here and the staff were incredibly helpful, as well as really friendly. Kingdom deserves a special mention, he is THE KING. Thanks to all of you! Mariette & Eric
