Tawanda was a really friendly driver and took us around town while we were visiting Victoria Falls. He also had great restaurant suggestions. The apartments were beautiful and spacious.

The reception team made such a difference. The two young men there were kind, open, and genuinely friendly, and they handled our questions and requests with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made everything easy and helped us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was lovely, exceeding our expectations throughout the stay. We’d happily recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The staff at Miombo Mews were prompt, very friendly, and exceptional. We had a large two-bedroom apartment with separate bathrooms, good furnishings, and fairly new fixtures. The property is well maintained. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Since there’s no kitchen on site, they can prepare a packed breakfast for an early tour, but you need to tell them ahead of time. There’s also a coffee shop, and they provide a short ride to two restaurants. We went to The Lookout Cafe.

Courtney and Tafadzwa deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful the whole time, and the service was amazing from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay in these holiday apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the 24-hour security gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommended!
