Club Resort Hotel «OASIS»

The cozy Oasis Hotel turned out to be even better than I expected. It was clean and quiet, the food was super, and both the administrators and the rest of the staff were polite and responsive. This was my first time in Abkhazia. We flew to Sochi and took a transfer to the hotel. I was traveling with a child and an elderly lady, and all three of us managed to rest comfortably in our own way. We also went on an excursion to New Athos and the monastery, a place that felt full of peace and soul. Before leaving, we had some delicious oriental coffee. I recommend visiting this place.

We booked a two-room suite because we were traveling with children, and the food and cleanliness were exactly what we hoped for. The sea is within walking distance, although the hotel's own shuttle can take you there quickly if you don't feel like walking. They also provide transport to the market in Pitsunda. Local taxis are inexpensive and can take you anywhere, including on excursions. Prices are around 2,000-3,000 rubles per person. There is free wine for anyone interested in alcohol. The main drawback was the noise. Since this hotel is set up for families with children, there were plenty of them having fun, swimming, and playing. That was fine, but hearing neighboring guests talk on the phone and listening to children crying through the wall was unpleasant. Even so, we had a good experience and I would recommend the hotel. I may stay here again next year. Booking early matters because the prices are much lower, and I booked my tour in January. We vacationed in June 2025.

The children were happy and well-fed thanks to the varied meals, and the two heated pools were another hit. There was also a playroom and an entertainer. We stayed in early June. Our room was large and cozy, with a kettle, tea, mugs, and daily cleaning. It also had a balcony with a clothes dryer. A water cooler and ironing board were available in the hallway. Although the sea is close, the hotel offers a shuttle, as well as free transport to the Gagra market. The reception girls were consistently polite, smiling, and helpful with their advice. We booked a trip to Lake Ritsa through the hotel, and they prepared packed lunches for us, including food for the journey home. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

We stayed here as a couple at the beginning of August, looking for somewhere peaceful away from the usual bustle. It was a modern hotel with a clean room, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping. The staff were welcoming, and the administrator was excellent. The three meals a day served on the property were especially good, with tasty, varied food from the main dishes through to dessert. I also want to mention the massage room and spa treatments. The beach is nearby, and hotel transport takes guests there and back when requested. It was quiet there, with few holidaymakers and equipped spaces. We had no interruptions to the electricity or water during the whole stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable, peaceful holiday.
