The green courtyard and nearby sea made the stay especially convenient. We came as a family with two children, and they quickly found other kids to play with around the grounds. Since all the guests seemed to be with children, we could keep them close by without constantly worrying. Our room was clean, with white linens changed every five days. Shops, restaurants, and local entertainment were all within walking distance, and the hosts were very pleasant and welcoming.

Artyom was kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed advice. He also picked us up at the airport, arranged tours, and explained everything along the way. The sea is close by, as is the "Gourmet's Dream" canteen, where the food was delicious and excellent. We stayed as a family of four, with two teenagers, one child, and one adult. The location worked perfectly for us.

The power cuts happen almost every day, and when the electricity is out there’s no water or internet either. The plumbing is broken, the TV doesn’t work, and the extra bed has been chewed by mice. The rooms aren’t really spotless, and the landlady is rude. Checkout is at 12 noon regardless of when you arrived, and guests are expected to clean the room and take out the trash before leaving. The owners seem interested only in getting money.

The view from the observation deck is stunning. The hosts are very welcoming, and the house is right next to the sea.

The hosts are hospitable and kind, and they spend the evenings chatting with guests. The room itself was damp, with damp sheets and towels that smelled musty. Also, the sea is very far away.
