The location made the stay easy, with the sea and attractions close by, plus views of both the mountains and the sea. Our room was cozy, clean, and serviced daily, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. Breakfast was especially tasty, and the other food was good too. The stylish decor gave the hotel a distinctive feel, and the spa was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a Gagra vacation.

We never went hungry here. Breakfast was delicious, while the dinners were simpler, though that may just be our personal preference. There were always fresh vegetables and fruit, along with salads and appetizers. The room itself was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly, and towels were replaced every day. We'll definitely return.

The hotel is only two minutes from the sea, and even has an elevator. We arrived to a luxurious "Apsuana Rose" sign at reception and a friendly welcome before being shown to our room. I can't speak for the other rooms, but ours had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets, towels, toiletries, and more. There was even a huge plate of persimmons on the first floor. Very good hotel, I recommend it.

It feels more like walking into a warm, welcoming home than a hotel. The place is cozy, the design is stunning, everything is very clean, and the staff are quick to respond. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and offers delicious food with plenty of choice. I especially enjoyed the shift with the sweet, pleasant girls Irina and Olga. Thank you so much ❤️
