The property has a beautiful green garden and a fully equipped summer kitchen. Irma, the welcoming hostess, and Lyuba at reception greet guests with aromatic homemade wine. Our room had air conditioning, a shower, and a toilet. The sea was crystal clear, and after a 10-15-minute walk you can reach either sandy or pebbly beaches.

The sea takes about ten minutes to reach, and beyond the border guard station there is a wonderful beach among Pitsunda pine trees, with a strong pine scent. Rechnaya Street is useful for cafes at every price level and for arranging excursions. We stayed in early September 2018 and liked the comfortable rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, and full bathroom. The tap water can be drunk straight from the well, and there is Wi-Fi plus a courtyard kitchen. Many thanks to Irma, the hostess, Roman, the guide, and Lyuba, the local caretaker, who dealt with all our everyday questions. Teremok gave us a warm welcome, and I think we'll return. Highly recommended.

This quiet wooden guesthouse has everything needed for a comfortable stay and sits about 800 meters from the sea. Bars, cafes, and restaurants are close, while the property itself has a kitchen and a spacious green courtyard with gazebos and swings. The hosts and staff are friendly. It really is a fantastic place.

The room is spacious and has floor-to-ceiling windows, a bathroom, and air conditioning. It takes roughly ten minutes to get to the sea, where the beach is pebbly and there is sand on the left. The surrounding sea, mountains, and nature are superb. Huge respect to Irma, the owner, Lyuba, the manager, and Roman, the tour guide.

A clean, pleasant place with very reasonable room prices. The people are friendly and genuinely helpful. I'd highly recommend it.
