The location is one of the best in Pitsunda, with shops, cafes, and the sea nearby. Across the street is a gated community, which keeps the area quieter and less crowded. There are three houses, each with four rooms, and our spacious room had a balcony with a table and chairs. The grounds include parking, a private area, and plenty of pine trees, making it especially appealing for an off-season stay. The hostess was friendly and pleasant, and the room was otherwise great. My only complaints were too few outlets, not knowing how to set up the TV, and a shower drain that could have worked better. It was also freezing at night, but they provided an excellent heater and we used the split-system heating. We will definitely return. Finding a good room in Pitsunda in winter used to be difficult, but now things are different. Thank you for the hospitality and the relaxing stay.

The large private grounds make this a peaceful place to stay in Pitsunda, and the staff are friendly and quick to take care of household requests. The only serious concern came during rain, when the tiled porch became extremely slippery and dangerous, especially with a small child. Even with that issue, we definitely recommend this wonderful place.

The location couldn't be better. Restaurants, cafeterias, the resort beach, a market, shops, a bus stop, and a temple with organ concerts are all nearby. We stayed there in 2018 or 2019. There are three houses, and everything inside and outside has been done with taste. The materials are expensive, and the whole property is a feast for the eyes. The fenced grounds are huge and include their own pine forest. Absolutely fantastic.

For anyone traveling by car, this is a great option. The grounds are fenced, there are pine trees and a barbecue, and everything needed for a relaxing stay is provided. The sea is 10 minutes away, while the temple can be reached in a 7-minute walk.
