The Nart Guesthouse is in a quiet, convenient spot between two beaches, and we already plan to return every year. A relaxed 15-minute walk through the lush pine forest leads either to the central beach in the bay or to Cypress Alley Beach on the other side. Shops, pharmacies, and cafes are close by, including our favorite famous place, "Vkusnyashka." Astamur and Madina were wonderfully hospitable, friendly, and helpful hosts. The guesthouse has three floors, with quadruple rooms on the third floor. Rooms include a shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, wardrobe, linens, and towels. The courtyard kitchen has everything needed for cooking and eating. There are two entrances: one from the forest for driving into the courtyard past the Black Sea cafe, and the main one at 70 Gochua Street. The prices are excellent, and the value for money is hard to beat. There is even Prince, the cutest Labrador, whom our children miss every time. The sea in Pitsunda Bay is amazing. After visiting many cities in the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, and Abkhazia, we decided that this water is the cleanest on the entire Black Sea coast. I'm attaching photos for clarity. I wholeheartedly recommend this heavenly place and the cozy guest house "Nart".

Our whole family has stayed here twice already, and we definitely intend to come back every year. Astamur and Madina deserve special thanks for their hospitality. Nart Guest House offers the best value for money in Pitsunda. It sits in a quiet location between the nature reserve and the town's main street, with cafes and shops, and has access from both sides. Off-site parking is available. The leisurely walk to the sea takes 10-15 minutes and passes through the nature reserve on a path between centuries-old relict pines. Pitsunda is a wonderful choice for a family vacation, and I recommend this guest house to everyone.

My impressions of "Nart" are entirely positive. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition, with new furniture and properly working plumbing. The kitchen is also clean, with more than enough dishes for everyone to cook dinner at the same time. Nothing was broken, and the sponges and dishcloths were kept clean and replaced promptly. Tatyana, the administrator, deserves a special thank you. She's kind, responsive, helpful, answers every question, and is available 24/7. A comfortable atmosphere in the room and dining area matters just as much as the sea, and here those details are far from being minor. If you're unsure about booking, go ahead, you won't regret it.

Astamur and Madina, the owners of hotel "Nart", are friendly and polite. Their contact phone number is +79407211111. The affordable 3 and 4-bed rooms are comfortable and have an individual shower, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and TV. The property includes a cozy open veranda where guests can cook and eat, along with a refrigerator, 2 stoves, and a washing machine. There are 2 beaches nearby, as well as many cafes and shops on Cypress Alley and the adjacent Gochua Street. The hotel has 2 entrances. One allows cars to enter and provides quick access to the relict pine reserve, while the main entrance is at Gochua Street, 70. I recommend it.
