We stayed in early May and used the pool during the day and in the evening. It was clean and pleasantly warm, with a Jacuzzi and a hydromassage area, and you could go straight from the sauna into the pool. We really liked it, despite some negative reviews. The grounds are small but very clean and green. Our three-person room had plenty of space, and there was an ironing board and cooler on the floor. Breakfast tasted good, although being served over a cafeteria counter was unexpected. Portions weren't limited. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help or give advice. We were very happy with the stay.

The location worked well for us, about 10 minutes from the embankment and 15 minutes from the historic city center, with plenty of parking and access for people with disabilities. The terrace is full of greenery, flowers, and fruit trees, and the breakfasts are homemade, including porridge that tastes like childhood. We've been staying for 9 days of a planned 3-week visit, and the helpful staff already feel like friends. The rooms and carpet are kept clean, with vacuuming almost every day. There's a heated 1.7-meter pool with rings and balls for children. The terrace cafe stays open until 11:00 PM, while the fourth-floor bar and veranda have a wonderful view until 3:00 AM. 09.08.2024

The location is good, and the breakfast itself was delicious. The staff were attentive and responsive too. Still, I found the hotel overpriced. Breakfast doesn't begin until 9:30, and guests have to stand in line. Wi-Fi worked outside but not in the room. The air conditioner was also a problem, and instead of repairing it they brought me a broken fan, which was terrible.

We spent New Year's there, and the festive menu had plenty of variety. The beautiful Embankment was only about three blocks away. The young staff were responsive, and the breakfasts were excellent. There was also a reasonably priced cafe with huge portions, plus a bar with a disco, a gym, and a sauna with a steam room. The heated pool was another good feature. Everything was great.

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel at the end of February and generally liked it. The price, location, friendly staff, and very clean room were all positives. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was tasty. The drawbacks were that the advertised heated pool wasn't working, the electricity went out often, and the towels weren't changed.
