Andreanna Guest House

The beach is only two minutes from Andreanna, which makes it easy to go back to the room if you've forgotten something. I've stayed here several times and hope to return this year. The rooms are modern, clean, and air-conditioned, while the service has a comfortable, homelike feel and the staff are always ready to help. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are restaurant-like, and guests can also cook for themselves. I highly recommend it.

The hosts are so hospitable that staying here feels like visiting relatives at their dacha. The property is clean, the food is delicious, and the interior, dishes, and room arrangement all feel carefully considered. The sea is 50 steps away, with beautiful views of both the water and mountains. Children have an outdoor playground. Transport is convenient too, Adler is 30 minutes away, Gagra 25 minutes, Ritsa Island about 1.5 hours, and the White Cliffs can be reached on foot. A great place for family or friends.

Andreanna made the small details matter. Each room opens onto the grounds with two cushioned armchairs, a table, and potted plants. There is also a covered sitting area with tables, soft chairs, wicker furniture, and a large screen for TV. The whole family, including the hosts, often gathered there in the evenings to barbecue, drink homemade wine and chacha, and talk. Children have a playground with different toys, including a hoverboard, and the painted walls make it easy to spot. Drying racks are available in the yard and rooms. We used the outdoor one in good weather, and the smell was wonderful. The tiled grounds were another plus. The paid laundry and tumble dryer cost 200 rubles per wash, and after four loads of dark and light clothes, I was glad not to spend evenings washing and waiting for everything to dry. The yard has a high fence, with only a grandmother nearby whom we saw twice. A second-floor terrace has sofas and tables, though we rarely used it because we were at the sea, on excursions, or socializing. Shops are nearby, while the center is a 30-minute walk and barbecue meat there costs 100 rubles more. The sea is across the road and visible as soon as you leave the house. Anna was a caring organizer and companion who helped guests get to know one another, and D. Andrey was quiet, friendly, ready with advice, and even offered the chance to help make wine. My son also made friends with Roma, Anna's son. We left satisfied, with our expectations met. If you want to rest both mind and body, choose Andreanna. A huge thank you to the hosts, and I hope they have many happy guests each season.

The sea is nearby and can be seen from the road. My wife and I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the friendly hosts. Aunt Galya deserves special mention for being such a great cook. If you get the chance, I definitely recommend staying at this house.
