Adam's really lived up to our expectations, which isn't easy because we're picky. The grounds are lovely, the hosts are friendly, and the food is delicious, with healthy choices for children as well. We stayed in the new rooms, which had everything needed for comfort: a good mattress, a slightly soft pillow that suited me but not quite my child and husband, a full-length mirror, and a smart TV. We liked everything very much.

We visited in 2021, from late May into early June, with my daughter, and it was our first time in Abkhazia. The hosts were warm and constantly offered useful advice. Our original room was upstairs, but the next day they moved us to the first floor because that worked better with a child. The kitchen girls cooked delicious food and always asked what they could prepare for her. There was a heated pool, a covered swing, a small playground, and a children's trampoline. The grounds were clean and cared for, and the rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, cleaning, and linen changes. Shops are plentiful, the market is a 20-minute walk, and the sea takes 5-10 minutes to reach. Everything looked just like the photos. Thank you, Adam and Asya, for such an unforgettable vacation. I still want to come back)))

We spent a week here and were very happy with it. The panoramic window looked out over beautiful mountains, and the cozy room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bedside tables. The courtyard has a pool, and the on-site cafe serves tasty food. There's also a bar with homemade wine, cognac, and draft Sukhumskoye. 🍺 The sea is a relaxed five-minute walk away. Many thanks to the hosts for the wonderful stay.

The only things we liked were the refrigerator and air conditioning. Everything else was disappointing. The shower, faucet, toilet lid, and door handle were broken, rust flakes came from the tap, and the power kept going out. The mattress was so old that its springs dug into my ribs, and the house was very noisy. Cleaning was barely done, the bathroom was never cleaned during our week, and the bed linen was not changed. The beach was five minutes away, but food ordered from the house was very expensive, and we had to buy drinking water ourselves, 5 liters cost 100 rubles. Breakfast was tasty on the first day, then the portions kept shrinking, while the tea was stale and tasteless. On our last day nobody fed us or saw us off, and they couldn't even boil a kettle because there was no power. We were unhappy here and don't recommend it.
